Walk and Talk is therapy outdoors. You’ll meet your therapist in a pre-agreed location and walk while discussing what’s on your mind. It’s ideal for those who feel more at ease in nature or prefer a more dynamic setting.
What if the weather is bad?
Sessions will continue in light rain, but can be rescheduled or switched to online if conditions are unsafe or uncomfortable.
